November 10, 2020 – Tri Star Engineering Inc, (TRISTAR) is excited to announce we were part of the Tamayo Federal Solutions team awarded $125,800,000 Naval Information Warfare Center, Atlantic (NIWC LANT) programmatic, Engineering and Logistics Support 8(a) Incubator Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This is a 5-year, multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The scope of this contract covers the entire spectrum of non-inherently governmental services and solutions (equipment and services) associated with the full system lifecycle support. This includes research, development, test, evaluation, maintenance, production, and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) and Space capabilities.

The primary location for the performance of work under this contract is at Naval Information Warfare Center, Atlantic (NIWC LANT) in Charleston, SC.

TRISTAR Awarded Radar Systems Technologies Engineering Contract at NSWC Crane Division, IN

May 26, 2020 – Tri Star Engineering Inc, (TRISTAR) Bloomington, IN today announced it won an unrestricted single five-year Seaport-e Contract from Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane) for Life Cycle Logistics in support of Electro-Optic Technology Division (EOTD).  TRISTAR will provide design, development, engineering, technical, programmatic, and configuration support for efforts associated with Radio Frequency (RF) and Microwave (MW) technologies, Radar Systems, and associated electronics supported at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, Radar Technologies Division (Code WXP). This support encompasses engineering analysis and recommendations for the technical refurbishment and lifecycle support for Radar Systems, subsystems, and components.

Code WXP is involved in the sustainment, repair, refurbishment, and form/fit/function (FFF) replacement design of RADAR, RF, and MW systems including sub-systems, components, and supporting technologies used in both fielded mechanically scanned systems and modern active electronically scanned array(AESA) systems. Subsystems and technologies may include antennas, transmitters, receivers, signal data processors, sidelobe cancellers, power supplies, vacuum-electron devices, solid-state RF devices, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA), Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICS), photonic components, and power supplies among others. WXP is also involved with the advanced development of RF and MW technologies for military and commercial customers requiring leading-edge applications of technology and science.

TRISTAR Awarded Electro-Optic Life Cycle Logistics Contract at NSWC Crane Division, IN

February 28, 2020 – Tri Star Engineering Inc, (TRISTAR) Bloomington, IN today announced it won an unrestricted single five-year Seaport-e Contract from Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane) for Life Cycle Logistics in support of Electro-Optic Technology Division (EOTD).  TRISTAR will provide programmatically and Life Cycle Logistics support for current Electro-Optic Infrared (EO/IR) projects managed by the Electro-Optic Technology Division (EOTD) including programmatic services, procurement documentation development, budget formulation, financial execution and tracking, and technical writing. This work includes providing project management support including, but not limited to, the following: coordination of project operations including management of records, schedules, and correspondence; analytical support; deliverables tracking; task management; and assistance in the development of milestones and objectives for current projects.
