We are incredibly pleased to announce the promotion of Christina M. Agresti to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective Monday, May 4, 2026.

“Since taking on the role of COO, Chris has been instrumental in driving our operational excellence and strategic growth. Under her leadership as COO, Chris has delivered remarkable results, including growing the company by over 90% in the last five years, said Vince Carlos Gaitani, CEO.” Her other accomplishments included scaling our infrastructure, launching key initiatives and improving profitability.

In this expanded role as President and COO, Chris will take on broader responsibility for our company’s overall operational execution and strategic planning, working closely with me to drive growth and our continued success. Chris will now oversee all Corporate Departments including Operations and strategic areas such as Customer Success.
