Stacy has been with TRISTAR as the Vice President of Corporate Security since May of 2024. Stacy previously worked for TRISTAR as the FSO/Security Manager for 8 years. Ms. Norris brings 12+ years of industry knowledge specific to cleared industry and the government.

Ms. Norris will oversee all aspects of security including Industrial Security, Personnel Security, Information Security, Physical Security and OPSEC. She also serves as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official and the CUI Program Manager. Stacy and her department manage all OCONOS/CONUS travel requirements, NATO brief requirements, utilizing DISS for e-QIP, managing facility inspections by DCSA, review of DD form 254, compliance with NISPOM, NCAISS, and serve as the company administrator for SPOT-ES and APACS. Stacy will report to Christina Agresti, COO.

In her previous roles, she has served as an SSO/PERSEC Specialist and as a Facility Security Officer providing support to NSWC Crane. She worked directly with the NSWC Crane SSO office and was the primary contact for Personnel Security.

Stacy obtained a Certificate of Executive Leadership and a Certificate of Performance Leadership from eCornell. She has a CDSE Certificate for FSO Program Management, and she is a member of NCMS, Society of Industrial Security Professionals.
