Stacy has been with TRISTAR as the Vice President of Corporate Security since May of 2024. Stacy previously worked for TRISTAR as the FSO/Security Manager for 8 years. Ms. Norris brings 14+ years of industry knowledge in security and management specific to cleared industry and the government.

Ms. Norris is responsible for all aspects of security at TRISTAR including Industrial Security (INDUSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC) and Operations Security (OPSEC). She also serves as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official and the CUI Program Manager.

She has previously served as an FSO and Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cleared industry and has supported the NSWC Crane Special Security Office (SSO), Communications Security Office (COMSEC), and Personnel Security Office (PERSEC). Stacy obtained a Certificate of Executive Leadership and a Certificate of Performance Leadership from eCornell and has a CDSE Certificate for FSO Program Management. She has been member of The Society of Industrial Security Professionals (National Classification Management Society, NCMS) since 2015, where she served as the Chapter Chair for the State of Indiana (Hoosier Heartland) from 2019-2023 and as the Treasurer from 2016-2019.
