Mandy has been in the Corporate Human Resource department since September 2021 as our Human Resources Manager. She began her career with TRISTAR in July 2018, when she was hired on our HR Contract as the Senior HR Specialist, Workforce Development on NSWC Crane, IN base.

Mandy comes to TRISTAR with an outstanding HR career in the healthcare and government Human Resource industry with more than 16 years of experience as a Senior HR Specialist with knowledge in employee relations, recruiting, benefit’s administration, onboarding, workforce development, training, performance management, policy and process improvement. She obtained an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, with a Certificate in Human Resource Management, and a BS in Public Relations and Advertising.

Before joining TRISTAR, she provided employee relations and recruitment support for over 1300 employees as a Regional Human Resources Consultant.

Mandy’s key responsibilities will be to provide leadership to the Human Resource department, working closely with each corporate department manager to continue the strong mission of TRISTAR to provide support to our Warfighter and care of our employees. Mandy will be reporting to Christina M. Agresti, COO.
