Christina M. Agresti
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for TRISTAR, Christina M. Agresti is responsible for the general management and strategic direction across the company including the improvement of operating performance, profitability, and growth of the business. In addition, Ms. Agresti is responsible for fostering a corporate culture dedicated to the professional and personal development of its people and a workforce dedicated to its customers’ mission. Ms. Agresti joined TRISTAR in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of extensive business leadership in both large and small defense companies.
Before her tenure as COO, Ms. Agresti held several leadership roles including Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Business Development and Senior Vice President, where she was responsible for the strategy, business development and program execution of the defense portfolio and corporate solutions delivery.
Ms. Agresti is an industry-recognized expert in organizational design, workforce development planning and implementation of enterprise programs and lean process initiatives. She has a successful track record delivering innovative solutions and market strategies for complex federal programs and a strong focus on building a culture where people thrive together.
Additionally, Ms. Agresti has been recognized with many professional awards in the government and technology sector, including Top 10 Women in Technology award winner for her leadership in driving growth and strategy as a U.S. business leader.
Ms. Agresti earned a master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from Liberty University. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University in Marketing and George Mason University in Psychology. Ms. Agresti holds an Executive Leadership Degree from Wharton School of Business and Cornell University, PMP certified. Ms. Agresti is a Certified Executive Coach (IAC), member of International Association of Coaches, National Speaker’s Association, Association of the United Army (AUSA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Navy League, Federal Employed Woman’s Association, Women’s Chief Marketing Association.
