Dave Klinedinst is responsible for developing, coordinating, managing, and implementing plans and strategies designed to identify and capture new market and business opportunities and retain existing business aligned with TRISTAR’S strategic growth plan. Mr. Klinedinst joined TRISTAR in 2023, bringing more than 25 years of Business Development expertise and proposal management experience. As a Program Manager for 8 years supporting the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Combat Systems for VLS, Communications, Fire Control and Combat Directions Systems propelled him to his larger responsibility for Business Development which now helps as he provides expertise in progressing the balanced growth of TRISTAR.

As a retired U.S. Navy Limited Duty Officer (Electronics Material Officer) and former Data Systems Chief Petty Officer, Mr. Klinedinst served on numerous commands and ships during the 22 years of Naval service. Mr. Klinedinst holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University in Industrial Technology.
