Donna Colon honorably served 10 years in the U.S. Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer. She is an Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) veteran with extensive experience in managing and building cohesive teams in high stress environments. Donna earned a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies and Non-profit Management from IU Indianapolis. Additionally, she completed an International and Diversity Leadership Certification program.

Donna has deep business and management experience acquired working in the non-profit industry for more than 16 years. She served as Executive Director of the American Red Cross overseeing all operations and programs prior to joining TRISTAR. Donna also served in the position of Regional Volunteer Services Officer reorganizing and servicing 3000+ volunteers across the state of Indiana before joining the American Red Cross.
