Mr. Keith Oanes joined TRISTAR in December of 2024 as Director of Capture & Business Development. Mr. Oanes is a retired Master Sergeant from U.S. Army Special Forces after serving more than 21 years on active duty. He has demonstrated outstanding leadership, team management, and relationship building skills by developing and deploying high performance teams on missions to support U.S. objectives worldwide. He has worked with the highest levels of government executives and with many foreign soldiers and civilians.  He has successfully transferred these skills to the civilian business arena.  Since leaving the military, he has supported DoD contracting requirements as an Instructor, Program Manager and a Director supporting the Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational requirements for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).           

Since leaving the military, he has supported DoD contracting requirements as an Instructor, Program Manager and a Director supporting the Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational requirements for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). In addition, his duties have included Marketing, Business Development, Capture Management and Program Management.

Keith has excelled with his duties as a capture manager and with conducting business development.  He has helped both large and small businesses to build new portfolios and expand current pipelines to meet company goals.  This resulted in winning large and small contracts that helped to increase their revenue.

Outside of his duties, Keith enjoys activities that include outdoor recreational activities and astronomy.
