Mandy Smith is Corporate Security Officer and Facility Security Officer (FSO) of TRISTAR. Ms. Smith joined TRISTAR in 2020, bringing more than 15 years of combined military and corporate experience. Ms. Smith is responsible for leading TRISTAR’s corporate industrial security program and maintaining corporate compliance with NISP requirements. Ms. Smith brings a depth of experience in personnel security, operations security, and classified program management within a multi-site organization. Ms. Smith is a results-focused Industrial and DoD Security professional with strength in 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoDM application, Security Program Management, and Security Training Development & Implementation.

Ms. Smith is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Purdue University. She is currently working towards her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
