Peter Davis joined TRISTAR in July of 2024 as the VP of Business Development SOCOM Market. Peter has 20+ years providing Executive Management/Business Development and Capture Management winning new business in the DOD, SOF and Intelligence Community markets. In his position with TRISTAR, he will support the development of new markets, proposals, and growth for the company.

Mr. Davis has proven integral knowledge and associations with key personnel within USSOCOM and its Components, US Army, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, USMC and the IC. He has directed high-profile Programs in support of USSOCOM and successfully created corporate presence in Tampa, FL for four firms. He has a high level of expertise in delivering full life cycle of business development/capture activities, market analysis, account planning, opportunity identification, and development and execution of win strategies.

Pete served in the US Army for 24+ years starting as an Infantry Officer then Special Forces for the last 20 years. He held various leadership positions which included Team leader (ODA 524), Company Commander with 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) including combat deployment. Other Assignments included instructor and BN XO for 1st BN 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne), USCENTCOM as a Crisis Action Planner J3 (Special Programs), SOCCENT, Observer for the UN in Iraq and USSOCOM as Director for Legislative Affairs. Pete has a Master of Military Arts and Sciences from US Army Command and General Staff College, and BA in Economics.
