Rob Jordan is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TRISTAR. As the CFO Mr. Jordan responsibilities include all aspects of financial and accounting matters, corporate finance, accounting, project finance and the improvement of operating performance and profitability. Mr. Jordan joined TRISTAR in 2023, bringing 20 years of strategic business, financial leadership, and government contracting experience.

Mr. Jordan has depth of experience and a distinguished finance career in the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry. Mr. Jordan held various positions of increasing responsibility and complexity, as Director of Finance, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in various large defense companies. In addition, Mr. Jordan’s key responsibilities are providing strategic leadership and direction to the finance department. He is responsible for fostering a culture dedicated to professional and personal development and a department focused on the customer’s mission. Mr. Jordan is a member of executive leadership team working closely to pursue and achieve strategic initiatives to continue the company’s growth trajectory.

Mr. Jordan is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University.
