Stephanie Poindexter is Director of the Accounting Department. Ms. Poindexter is responsible for all areas of Accounting and Finance activities. Ms. Poindexter has more than 15 years of accounting experience working for both commercial and government contracting companies. Ms. Poindexter is a trusted advisor for TRISTAR regarding payroll regulations, financial statement preparation and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) compliance. Ms. Pondexter has in-depth knowledge and experience with GAAP, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Service Contract Act (SCA), and internal auditing. Ms. Pondexter’s extensive experience is essential to continuous improvements and financial policy development for TRISTAR.

Ms. Poindexter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Western Governors University. Ms. Poindexter has Professional Certification in Accounting for Government Contracts from George Mason University.
