Supporting Our Communities
TRISTAR strongly believes that our mission to help keep America safe and strong begins in our own backyard. We are committed to taking an active role in the community and do so by supporting local non-profit organizations with our time, treasure and talent. TRISTAR focuses our philanthropic efforts in STEM education, the military and the Red Cross. We also contribute to a variety of causes that uplift our communities in other ways.
TRISTAR Cares
The TRISTAR Cares initiative provides employees various opportunities to engage with local organizations through volunteerism and donations. These activities range from meal serving and care kit assembly to larger campaigns across the company throughout the year, holiday season, and National Volunteer Week. Employees make the most of these opportunities by involving their family and friends. We also hold numerous donation drives to support our community with clothing, toys, school supplies, and more.
