CMMI® is a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes to improve performance and ensure repeatability. The CMMI-DEV model further provides a comprehensive integrated set of guidelines for developing products and services that meet the needs of customers and end-users. TRISTAR’s appraisal included process management, project, and support for current software development projects for customers across the Department of Defense. TRISTAR also holds ISO 9001:2015 certification.
