TRISTAR’s CEO and President, Vince Carlos Gaitani’s (Guy-Tan-E) is a Navy veteran with more than 28 years providing technical expertise to the Department of Defense and national security agencies. Mr. Gaitani’s primary focus is to provide strategic business leadership to drive the direction, stability, and growth of the company. Under his guidance and leadership, TRISTAR has grown into a highly successful technology services company.
Mr. Gaitani began his professional career working as an Analyst evaluating and testing new Electronic Warfare systems for the Navy. He then led small business growth campaigns working as a senior advisor on new business formation, operations, and business development. Mr. Gaitani founded G Force, Inc in 2012 a defense services company then went on to complete the successful acquisition of TRISTAR, an organically grown Indiana based defense contracting company. Soon after the acquisition Mr. Gaitani merged G Force into TRISTAR combining and solidifying TRISTAR’s capabilities in the Defense and Cyber Security market.
Mr. Gaitani is a native of Philadelphia, served in the U.S. Navy from 1987 to 1996 as Electronic Warfare Specialist and engaged in Operation Desert Shield and Storm in 1990 and 1991. Mr. Gaitani is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from Florida Institute of Technology.
Mr. Gaitani is a guest lecturer at the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) and sits on the board of directors for the southeastern chapter of the Indiana Red Cross, the Crane Roost of the Association of Old Crows (AOC), and the Crane Regional Defense Group. Mr. Gaitani is the President of the Monroe County Auxiliary Police Inc. Non-Profit organization. Mr. Gaitani is a lifetime member of the Association of Old Crows (AOC), Association of the United States Army (AUSA), member of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), U.S. Naval Institute, and Navy League.
Mr. Gaitani gives back to the community serving as the unit sergeant for the Monroe County Indiana Sheriff’s Office Reserve Division.
